How Can diarrhoea And Vomiting Along With Chills Be Treated?

Hi, I believe I had a bad case of food poisoning, and I experienced vomiting, diarrhea, weakness, chills, and fever the first day. Now onto the second day, I have watery diarrhea, and while I am drinking plenty of water, I am not urinating at all. I hear the liquid bubbling up inside me, but not urinating. I think a package of organic ground turkey was responsible as I attempted to eat it on the 4th day after preparation. It did taste a little off. Thank you.

Hi,
Thank you for the query. I understand your concern.
You seem to have food poisoning after eating stale food. You need extensive treatment with antibiotics &fluid replacement.
You are drinking water.. but no urination... must be that the water loss through loose watery motions is more ...More over lacj of urination points to dehydration.... you should go to er. &have iv infusion along with suitable antibiotic injections followed by in pill form.
Thanks.
